Erroneous person's name appearing in reports (PPv4)

If you find that someone's name from your Probate Plus address book appears in reports when they shouldn't be, check the following hasn't happened

Look in the address book to see if a *blank* addressee has been entered in the address book as the first record? See “View..Address book”. If there is, deleting it will probably resolve the problem.
