Amend the name of the deceased after matter is activated?

Once the matter has been activated (I.E. where a pay-as-you-go unit has been used), the full name is locked.

However, we can amend it for you if needed via the Probate Plus database utilities application. Contact for details - it's a quick process involving us carrying out a remote assistance session and amending the name.

N.B. the title (E.g. "Mr.") of the deceased CAN be altered after a matter has been activated. See this article for instructions.
