Once the matter has been activated (ie a pay-as-you-go unit has been used up) the name is locked. However, we can amend it for you if needed. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for details - it's a quick process involving us amending the database files for you and uploading them back to you.
N.B. the title (e.g. Mr.) of the deceased CAN be altered after a matter has been activated. See this article for instructions.
