Probate Plus provides each matter with a 'Notes' area which can be used in a variety of ways:
To open the Notes page go to the 'Activities' menu and choose 'Edit notes for this matter'.
Why you might use this area
1. To jot down notes relating to this specific matter. For your own or colleagues' reference, internally within your firm. i.e. reminders about things to do, why something has been entered in a certain way.
2. To create a new document for external reporting to clients. e.g. notes relating to the matter which need explanation in a page to be bundled up with the final set of accounts.
Once created, go to the 'File' menu and choose 'Print pages' to print this page on its own or part of a larger bundle or reports.
