How to setup multiple branch offices within my firm? (PPv5)

Question: We have multiple branch offices and they use Probate Plus networked between them all. How can I set the "our firm" entry for each branch office?

Resolution: As each branch office will have a different address first make sure all of your branch addresses are entered in the system address book (click Home...Address book). Normally there is one entry in the address book that is marked as "our firm", you can override this on PCs at the branch office using 'File...Options...Configure System' and select the 'Address book' item under 'Miscellaneous'.

Select the branch office address and place a check [x] in the 'I want to override the our firm...' check box.
