Go to "File...Options...Configure System..List management" and select the "Fee earners" list.
To add new fee earners click into the list of fee earners and press the "INS" key on your keyboard then type in the new fee earner's name. Repeat as necessary. To edit an entry, highlight the fee earner name and press the "ENTER" key on your keyboard.
