Installing the Word document pack add-on (PPv5)

Probate Plus can provide you with template letters to write to people or institutions connected to an estate. To activate this feature you need to download the 'Document pack' add-on from the 'Downloads' section of our website.

Download the add-on and save it somewhere on your network. If it is centrally located, all a firm's users' versions of Probate Plus can point at this shared file. When you download the add-on you will be prompted to save it in your desired location. Make a note of that.

To check that your version of Probate Plus has now been configured to use the Document pack, go to 'File...Options...Configure system...Files...File locations' and ensure the correct file pathway is in the 2nd box shown in the image below.
