Remote Assistance
We offer a number of training options, one of which is direct to your PC's desktop where we share your PC remotely and work with you to help you through using Probate Plus.
When you purchase one of our Starter Kits, you will be given some initial training as part of a support package, along with a follow up online assessment to see how you are getting on, plus subsequent refresher training if required. We do not sell you the software and just leave you to get on with it. We want you to be confident using Probate Plus.
Further starter training to, for instance, new staff who might join your firm, can be purchased from us. We can do this via a remote connection to their PC, or we can quote for a day's on site visit to train a group of users.
