If some menu items or icons are missing or the layout is wrong you can always reset your toolbars and menus to factory defaults.
To reset the toolbars and menus, right click anywhere on the band just below the toolbars and a pop-up showing 'Reset toolbar' should appear. Click on this pop-up to reset your menus and toolbars.
In the image below, the 'Probate Plus dashboard' purple band is the location on which you would right-click.
