Normally your firm is identified in the Probate Plus address book as the "our firm" entry. If this is inadvertently changed you can change it back to the correct addressee by following these steps :
- Open the address book (Home...Address book).
- Scroll down until you see your firm's entry.
- Double click to edit then go to the "Options" page and make sure the "Use current address book entry as our firm" is ticked.
